Please also note that PAINTBALL+ can only be selected if you have already signed up for PAINTBALL, as it is an additional activity session and costs $20 extra. **Caving has been cancelled this year, as there has been an outbreak of White Nose Syndrome in cave bats. It has no effect on humans, but is effecting the bat population, so unfortunately we have had to cancel our trips until further notice.

Campers get to sign up for certain activities which are included in the package eg archery, arts and crafts, swimming, climbing, high ropes etc The additional activities that you can sign up for cost extra, please see fees below.

Atlanta Return Bus Service: Camp Ocoee is offering return bus service to Atlanta and to Nashville. Please indicate in the correct week of return bus service. The fee for the service is $35.

Note: A $150.00 deposit is required for each session registered (due within 7 days of registration). The camp fees include a cabin photo which will be given out on check out day. The balance of the camp fee is due 30 days prior to the start of the session you are attending.

Refund Policy: Camp fees less $50 processing fee will be refunded 30 days prior to the start of the session. Withdrawal less than 30 days prior to a session will result in loss of the $150 deposit. If a camper leaves camp due to illness, the camp fee will be pro-rated for refund.

Discounts: Deduct $40 for each additional child (2nd and 3rd child) from the same household who is registered for a summer session(s). Also, deduct the following for any camper signed up for multiple sessions: *2 sessions-$50 *3 sessions-$75 *4 sessions-$100 *5 sessions-$125. There is also a discount of $35 applied for each camper who refers a NEW camper, so please remember to indicate that at the top of the page under "General Information".

Additional Comments:

While Camp Ocoee will make every attempt to provide reasonable accommodations for mentally and physically challenged children, the camp will not accept children that are (1) of danger to themselves, (2) of danger to others, or (3) a disruption to the normal activities making it unreasonably difficult for other children to enjoy camp programs. Any of the above reasons will be grounds for dismissal from camp. A parent/guardian must discuss with the director any special conditions or circumstances involving their child. This must be completed prior to registration so that we can advise you as to whether we can make a reasonable accommodation for your child.

I wish to enroll my child in the session of YMCA Camp Ocoee as noted. I have read the descriptions of the session, understand the requirements for participation, and give my child permission to participate. I have read and understand the cancellation and refund policy. I will notify the camp if my child has any serious restrictions or conditions related to his or her participation. I hereby give permission:

1. To the medical personnel selected by the Camp Director to hospitalize or secure proper treatment for my child.

2. For YMCA Camp Ocoee to use for promotional purposes any photos or videos taken of my child while involved in camp activities.

3. I give my consent for my child to leave the camp site, participate in authorized camp trips, and to ride in authorized vehicles for the purpose of transportation on connection with Camp Ocoee.
