How are the camp counselors chosen? Counselors are chosen with the welfare of your child as a priority. Every staff must make a written application, have an interview with the director, and have on file 3 positive references in order to be considered for a position. We also use several international organizations to help create a diverse staff for the enrichment of the camp program. Staff are selected based on these qualifications: Christian values, leadership ability, maturity, individual skills, camp experience, love of kids, and positive personality traits.
